Contact us as soon as possible following an incident. We’ll confirm immediate steps, gather information and lodge the claim with the insurer.

  1. Notify: call or email with details and photos.
  2. Mitigate: take steps to prevent further loss where safe.
  3. Assess: we coordinate with assessors/repairers.
  4. Settle: we track and escalate until finalised.
